Jennifer L. Jennifer earned her Bachelor’s Degree from American University. She received her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law and later earned an LL.M. in Employment and Labor Law from American University’s Washington College of Law. She is admitted to practice in California, the District of Columbia, and Minnesota. Her education and legal experience support her work handling employment disputes, civil rights matters, contracts, and complex litigation.

Jennifer has extensive experience representing individuals in employment-related disputes involving discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage claims, sexual harassment, and workplace accommodations. Before establishing her own practice, she worked with Williams & Connolly LLP, where she developed significant litigation and negotiation experience. She later returned to the firm in a defense-side role before resuming her focus on representing employees through Bez Law P.C.
