Alex H. Sitz III

Alex H. Sitz III has built a respected legal career in Wyoming, with a primary focus on criminal defense and family law. He went on to attend the University of Wyoming College of Law, earning his Juris Doctorate in 2002. That same year, after passing the bar exam, he was admitted to the Wyoming State Bar.

Alex started his career as a State Prosecutor in Hot Springs County, Wyoming. This early role allowed him to gain extensive courtroom experience and develop valuable trial skills in criminal matters. By 2004, he had broadened his legal work to include family law, administrative law, property issues, and contract disputes, while continuing to strengthen his criminal defense practice. Alex is an active leader in Wyoming’s legal community. He is a member of the Wyoming State Bar and the Wyoming Trial Lawyers Association, and he has served as president of the Park County Bar Association. Alex also spent eight years on the board of Legal Aid of Wyoming and previously served on the board of the Wyoming Trial Lawyers Association. His long-standing involvement in these organizations underscores his commitment to his clients, access to justice, and the advancement of the legal profession in Wyoming.
