Alex H. Sitz III

Alex H. Sitz III has built a respected legal career in Wyoming, with a primary focus on criminal defense and family law. He went on to attend the University of Wyoming College of Law, earning his Juris Doctorate in 2002. That same year, after passing the bar exam, he was admitted to the Wyoming State Bar.

Alex started his career as a State Prosecutor in Hot Springs County, Wyoming. This early role allowed him to gain extensive courtroom experience and develop valuable trial skills in criminal matters. By 2004, he had broadened his legal work to include family law, administrative law, property issues, and contract disputes, while continuing to strengthen his criminal defense practice. Over the years, his work has centered primarily on defending the rights of the accused and helping families resolve disputes with clarity and fairness.

Alex is active within the legal community as a member of the Wyoming State Bar and the Wyoming Trial Lawyers Association. He has served as president of the Park County Bar Association and dedicated eight years as a board member of Legal Aid of Wyoming. In addition, he previously contributed as a board member of the Wyoming Trial Lawyers Association.
