Alec Nguyen

Alec Nguyen is the founder of Nguyen Law Offices, LLC, where he has built a practice dedicated to serving clients with integrity, skill, and personalized attention. Since 2003, he has provided representation in immigration law, litigation, and appellate matters, earning a reputation for strong advocacy and results-driven legal strategies. Alec earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University in 1996. Following his undergraduate studies, he gained legal experience as a legal assistant with the New York firm Skadden, Arps, Meagher & Flom, LLP. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law in 2001, where he also worked with the Kansas Insurance Department and the Kansas Corporation Commission.

Before founding his firm, Alec practiced as an associate at Martin, Pringle, Oliver & Bauer, LLP in Wichita. Throughout his career, he has been admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Courts for Kansas and Western Missouri, the Tenth Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel, and the U.S. Immigration Courts. His broad admissions reflect the depth of his experience in litigation and appellate matters.

Alec is an active member of the Kansas Bar Association, the Wichita Bar Association, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). He regularly pursues continuing legal education to stay up to date on the latest laws, regulations, and legal trends that impact his practice areas.
