Alecia earned her B.A. from Concordia College, graduating summa cum laude, before completing her J.D. with high honors at Drake University Law School. While in law school, she was Executive Editor and Junior Editor of the Drake Journal of Agricultural Law, achieved membership in the Order of the Coif, and earned a Certificate in Food and Agriculture Law.
Alecia’s work in commercial real estate spans a variety of projects, including manufacturing plants, agricultural facilities, warehouses, hotels, and retail properties. She provides guidance on purchase agreements, development planning, conditional use permits, subdivision platting, and zoning changes.
