Albert Quirantes

Albert Quirantes, Esq., is a highly respected criminal defense attorney with decades of courtroom experience representing clients across Florida. His practice covers the full spectrum of criminal law, from DUI and traffic violations to complex felony charges, fraud, drug crimes, theft, and domestic violence matters. Known for his strong advocacy and commitment to his clients, he has built a reputation as a trusted trial lawyer who protects the rights of the accused.

Mr. Quirantes earned his B.B.A. from the University of Miami in 1984 and his J.D. from the University of Florida in 1987. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1988 and later admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and several federal district courts, including the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida and the District of Arizona. His broad admissions allow him to represent clients effectively at both the state and federal levels.

In addition to private practice, Mr. Quirantes served as an Assistant Public Defender in Florida’s Eighth Judicial Circuit. He went on to establish the Ticket Law Center, P.A., dedicated to defending DUI, suspended license, and traffic offenses statewide. As founder of his current criminal defense practice, he continues to provide skilled representation in cases ranging from misdemeanors to high-stakes felony trials, always focusing on achieving the best possible outcomes for his clients.

Beyond the courtroom, Albert Quirantes has held leadership roles in the legal community. He has served as Vice-Chair of the Florida Traffic Rules Committee, appointed three times by Florida Bar presidents to help shape statewide traffic court rules. He is also active in the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, the National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, and the American Trial Lawyers Association. His decades of experience, combined with his dedication to justice, make him a strong ally for those facing criminal charges.
