Alan M. Schiffman

Alan M. Schiffman is a dedicated workers’ compensation lawyer representing injured employees throughout Phoenix and Arizona. Alan earned his B.A. (1972) | Political Science from State University of New York – Buffalo, attending from 1970 – 1972. He also studied at Pennsylvania State University – University Park from 1968 – 1970. He later received his J.D. (1975) | Law from University of Cincinnati College of Law, where he studied from 1972 – 1975.

Alan has been recognized by U.S. News and World Report, Super Lawyers, Phoenix Magazine and Martindale-Hubbell as one of the best workers’ compensation lawyers in Phoenix and Arizona. He was selected for inclusion in the 23rd Edition of The Best Lawyers in America© for Workers’ Compensation Law – Claimants and named Lawyer of the Year – Claimant’s Attorney in 2020 and 2025.

Alan is a sustaining member of the Arizona Association of Justice (Arizona Trial Lawyers Association) and served on its board for many years. He is also a member of the Arizona Association of Lawyers for Injured Workers and previously served on the Industrial Commission of Arizona Ad Hoc Rules Committee.
