Trace A. Bartlett

Trace A. Bartlett has practiced law in the valley for over 32 years, focusing on Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury law. He is known for steady guidance and personal service. His work centers on helping injured clients understand their rights and move forward with confidence.

Trace earned an Associate’s Degree, with highest distinction, from Mesa Community College and a Bachelor’s Degree, Cum Laude, from Arizona State University. He then earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona in 1987, completing the program in only 2 1/2 years.

Trace has been a Certified Legal Specialist in Workers’ Compensation law since 1995 and often lectures on Workers’ Compensation topics. He has participated in several Appellate court cases that have helped shape Workers’ Compensation law in Arizona and guide how cases are handled.

Trace has achieved an AV Rating (the highest possible rating from Martindale-Hubbell Peer and Judicial Review). He is also an author of several legal publications, including Advanced Workers’ Compensation, NBI, 2007, and Workers’ Compensation Law in Arizona, Professional Education Systems Institute, 2005.

Trace A. Bartlett began his career as an Associate and later became a Partner at a law firm in downtown Phoenix before opening his own office in Tempe in 2000. Since then, he has continued serving Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury clients with a strong focus on personal service.
