Alan M. Frieden

Alan M. Frieden is a shareholder at Sands Anderson PC in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Alan earned his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and an LL.M. in Taxation from the College of William & Mary. He received his B.A. from Old Dominion University in 1968 and is admitted to practice in Virginia. Early in his career, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Walter E. Hoffman of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. His legal and tax education supports his practical approach to transactions, estate planning, and business advice.
