Alan M. Abramson

Alan M. Abramson brings more than forty years of legal experience to his work in white-collar criminal defense. Beginning his career as an Assistant District Attorney in the Kings County District Attorney’s Office, he later moved into private practice ,where he built a reputation as a strong advocate for clients facing serious criminal and regulatory matters.

Alan holds a B.A. from Rutgers College, Rutgers University, earned in 1981, followed by his J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 1985. His educational background provided a solid foundation for a career focused on criminal defense, enabling him to address both the procedural and substantive complexities of the justice system.

Alan’s practice spans a wide range of high-stakes cases. He has defended clients against charges involving healthcare and real estate fraud, racketeering, bribery, wire fraud, money laundering, campaign finance violations, and cybercrime. He also represents clients before federal and state regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance and guiding them through investigations, hearings, and trials with strategic precision.

Alan has conducted numerous internal corporate investigations, helping organizations uncover and address misconduct.
