Anthony C. Mack

Anthony C. Mack, Of Counsel at Ehrlich, Petriello, Gudin, Plaza & Reed, brings more than two decades of experience litigating complex civil and criminal matters in New Jersey and New York. His practice is heavily concentrated in criminal defense, personal injury, civil rights, and wrongful death cases. He has represented a diverse range of clients, including public officials and entertainers, and has tried more than 40 jury trials in both state and federal courts.

Anthony earned his Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers University School of Law in Newark in 1995, following his graduation with a Bachelor of Arts in English from Seton Hall University in 1992. He is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, New York, the U.S. District Courts for New Jersey, the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Recognized by Super Lawyers from 2013 to 2018, his professional accomplishments highlight his respected standing within the legal community.

In addition to criminal defense, Anthony has represented plaintiffs in personal injury and wrongful death cases, successfully advocating for victims of negligence and pursuing civil rights claims against police departments. His extensive experience includes service as both a municipal prosecutor and public defender, as well as acting as a disciplinary hearing officer overseeing county employee matters.

Currently serving as the Executive Director of the Newark Parking Authority, Anthony C.
