Yatvin earned his Juris Doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University in 1983. He began his career as an Assistant Defender in Philadelphia and in federal court before co-founding Popper & Yatvin, where he served as managing partner for over three decades. His admissions include prestigious courts, such as the U.S. Supreme Court and various international criminal tribunals.
Throughout his career, Yatvin has successfully litigated high-profile cases in federal courts and international tribunals, including the United Nations ICTY and the International Criminal Court.
