About
Adrienne Aikens is an attorney with Richard Schwartz & Associates in Mississippi. She joined the firm in 2011 after completing a judicial clerkship with Justice David Chandler of the Mississippi Supreme Court. Adrienne has devoted most of her legal career to helping individuals through injury-related legal matters, bringing experience from both appellate court work and private practice to the representation of clients facing difficult circumstances.
Adrienne graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi, where she double majored in Political Science and Public Relations. She then earned her J.D. from Mississippi College School of Law in 2010. Her academic background in government, communication, and law, followed by a clerkship at the state’s highest court, gave her a strong foundation in legal research, written advocacy, appellate procedure, and the careful presentation of facts and legal issues.
Adrienne’s professional experience includes more than a decade with Richard Schwartz & Associates, where the firm represents injured clients in matters arising from motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, premises liability, and other personal injury claims. Her earlier Supreme Court clerkship provided insight into appellate decision-making, while her work in private practice has focused on helping clients navigate claims, understand legal options, and pursue recovery through the civil justice system.
Adrienne Aikens has held leadership roles in the Mississippi Association for Justice, the Young Lawyers Division of the Mississippi Bar, and the Mississippi Bar Women in the Profession Committee. She participated in the Mississippi Bar Leadership Forum in 2016 and has received Super Lawyers recognition. Her combination of legal-community leadership, appellate experience, and long-term client advocacy supports a practical and service-focused approach to personal injury representation.
