Amber F. Stephens

Amber F. Stephens is an attorney with NST Law in Jackson, Tennessee whose practice focuses on car accidents, workers’ compensation, and personal injury. Amber earned her J.D. from the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 2008. She received a B.S. in Criminal Justice from the University of Tennessee at Martin in 2005, graduating cum laude. During law school, she participated in the Elder Law Clinic as a student attorney and assisted clients with powers of attorney, wills, collection actions, landlord-tenant disputes, and other civil matters. She also took part in pro bono service activities.

After law school, Amber practiced with a general practice firm in Haywood County, Tennessee and later worked at an immigration law firm in Memphis. She participated in pro bono legal clinics and organized a citizenship workshop to help immigrants with naturalization applications. At NST Law, her work has primarily involved automobile and trucking accidents, workers’ compensation, and personal injury claims, where she communicates with clients about injuries, insurance issues, and the effect of an accident on daily life.

Amber F. Stephens is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and Madison County Bar Association and regularly attends continuing legal education focused on personal injury law. Her professional path includes elder law clinic work, general civil practice, immigration matters, pro bono service, and more than a decade at NST Law.
