Adrian Miguel

Adrian Miguel is the managing partner at SteinLaw and a Florida personal injury attorney. He actively litigates car accident, slip-and-fall, and construction site accident cases for injured clients. His practice focuses on developing claims, evaluating liability and damages, negotiating with opposing parties, and preparing matters for litigation when necessary. He works with clients facing the physical, financial, and practical consequences that follow serious accidents and unsafe conditions.

Miguel earned a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Florida International University after attending from 2007 to 2011. He received his J.D., cum laude, from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2014. During law school, he earned a merit scholarship and appeared on the Dean’s List from 2012 through 2014. His academic background provided training in legal analysis, advocacy, and the procedural skills used in personal injury litigation.

Miguel’s casework includes automobile collisions, premises-related incidents, and injuries at construction sites. As a partner, he is involved in the active litigation of these matters and works through the factual and legal questions that determine responsibility and compensation.
