Timothy J. Little

Timothy J. Little, Esq., is a seasoned general civil law attorney with decades of experience representing individuals and businesses in a broad range of legal matters. He founded his firm as a solo practitioner in 2000 after previously serving as a partner at Palmisano & Goodman, P.A. His practice includes real estate, commercial and corporate law, municipal court matters, criminal defense, land use planning, estate matters, and chancery litigation.

Timothy earned his Bachelor of Arts in History and Urban Planning from Rutgers College, Rutgers University–New Brunswick. He received his Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law in Camden and completed extensive graduate-level coursework in city and regional planning at Rutgers University Graduate School. His academic background provides a strong foundation in zoning, development, regulatory compliance, and property-related legal issues.

Admitted to the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars in 1985, Timothy brings extensive courtroom and advisory experience to his practice. His professional background includes service as a law clerk to judges in Middlesex and Burlington County Superior Courts, as well as years as both an associate and partner in private practice.
