Adele Daniel

Adele Daniel is a partner in Keller Rohrback’s Complex Litigation Group in Seattle. She focuses on holding corporations accountable through litigation involving environmental harm and consumer protection. Her work includes representing individuals and public entities in major cases involving contamination, corporate misconduct, and public health concerns.

Adele earned a B.A., magna cum laude, in History from Carleton College and a J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School. She was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as an Articles Editor for the Michigan Law Review.

Adele has played a key role in major cases across the country. She worked on litigation involving PCB contamination and helped secure a historic jury verdict for affected individuals. She also contributed to the City of Seattle’s case against Monsanto, which resulted in a $160 million settlement.

Adele’s practice also includes cases involving wildfires, insurance companies, and major corporations. She helped achieve a favorable jury verdict for survivors of the 2020 Labor Day wildfires. She has also worked on litigation involving technology companies, including a case tied to the Cambridge Analytica matter.

Adele has received several recognitions for her work. She was named one of Law360’s Top Attorneys Under 40 in 2025. She has also been listed in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America and named to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list for multiple years.

Before joining the firm in 2019, Adele clerked for Chief Judge Michael Mosman of the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon and Judge Ronald Gould of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She also maintains a pro bono practice supporting Washington nonprofits.
