Felicia Craick is a partner in Keller Rohrback’s Complex Litigation Group in Seattle. She focuses on complex and multidistrict litigation that addresses major public issues. Her work centers on holding companies accountable while representing individuals, school districts, and government entities in high-impact cases involving consumer protection and public health.
Felicia earned a B.S. in Criminal Justice, summa cum laude, from Northeastern University and a J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School. She served as an Executive Article Editor of the Harvard Law and Policy Review, building strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.
Felicia works on major litigation involving social media and youth mental health. She represents school districts in cases against social media companies tied to the youth mental health crisis. She also played a key role in litigation addressing youth vaping and participated in important trial proceedings.
Felicia’s work in the JUUL litigation helped secure global settlements in 2022 and a $235 million settlement with Altria in 2023. She and her team received the California Lawyer Attorney of the Year Award. She also worked on the EpiPen litigation, which resulted in major settlements with Pfizer and Mylan.
Felicia has earned several honors for her work. She was recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America and named to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list for multiple years. She also received recognition from the American Antitrust Institute and was part of a team honored by Consumer Attorneys of California.
Felicia is active in professional organizations, including Washington Women Lawyers and sections of the Washington State Bar. She also contributes to the legal community through her work on litigation and public-interest cases addressing key social and economic issues.
