Adam T. Rabin

Adam T. Rabin is a Florida Bar Board Certified expert in Business Litigation with over 30 years of experience. His work focuses on complex business disputes, whistleblower and qui tam actions, and securities arbitration. He has represented clients at every litigation stage and provides counsel through both hourly and contingency arrangements.

Adam earned his B.A. from Tulane University, where he graduated with top honors in his major and held multiple leadership positions. He later earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law. While in law school, he served as Projects Editor for the Law Review and won the first-year moot court competition.
