Adam R. Hansel

Adam R. Hansel is an associate at Snell & Wilmer in Salt Lake City whose practice focuses on Corporate & Securities. He advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, asset purchases and sales, private equity, entity formation, corporate finance, and related business transactions.
