Adam P. Feinberg

Adam P. Feinberg is a member at Miller & Chevalier whose nationwide practice focuses on complex federal regulatory litigation. Adam’s principal area is controversies and litigation involving federal excise taxes, other taxes, and user fees. He also handles regulatory disputes under the Administrative Procedure Act, the Federal Employees Health Benefits Act, and the False Claims Act. His clients operate in energy, air transportation, healthcare, defense, and other industries subject to substantial federal taxation, fees, and regulatory requirements.

Adam earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center with honors and a B.A. from Georgetown University with honors.
