Her work also involves advising on special needs trusts, Medicaid planning, and asset protection. She guides clients through the process of qualifying for long-term care benefits while helping them avoid the Medicaid Estate Recovery Program. She has also supported executors, trustees, and beneficiaries in probate cases across Texas.
