Emily B. Taylor

Emily B. Taylor is a dedicated attorney at Rapp & Krock, PC in Houston, Texas. As Counsel, she brings a client-centered approach to her legal practice. Emily earned her B.A. in English in 2011 from Texas A&M University. She then completed her J.D. from South Texas College of Law in 2014.

Since becoming licensed to practice in Texas in 2014, Emily has built a strong legal career. She has helped many clients create wills, trusts, and power of attorney documents. Her work also involves advising on special needs trusts, Medicaid planning, and asset protection. She guides clients through the process of qualifying for long-term care benefits while helping them avoid the Medicaid Estate Recovery Program. She has also supported executors, trustees, and beneficiaries in probate cases across Texas.
