Adam Lysinski

Adam Lysinski is the founder of Lysinski & Associates P.C., a boutique law firm in Chicago that has operated since 2003. He represents clients in real estate, estate planning, business law, private equity, and matters involving artificial intelligence. His work includes residential and commercial property transactions, company formation, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and ongoing general counsel services. Adam personally handles the firm’s matters rather than delegating client representation to associates.

Adam earned his undergraduate education at Loyola University Chicago, studying clinical psychology and philosophy. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, previously known as The John Marshall Law School. His professional training also includes experience as a licensed managing real estate broker and as a certified mediator. Adam Lysinski has served on the Illinois Supreme Court Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission Hearing Board and taught counseling and negotiation as an adjunct professor of law from 2013 to 2016.
