Adam Kwasman

Adam Kwasman is the founding and managing attorney of Kwasman Law and a Scottsdale personal injury lawyer. He represents people harmed by negligence in matters involving car and motorcycle crashes, rideshare accidents, pedestrian injuries, dog bites, slip-and-fall incidents, wrongful death, and certain government claims. His work combines direct client communication with litigation experience developed while handling injury matters throughout Arizona.

Kwasman earned a B.A. from Tulane University, graduating cum laude. He later received a master’s degree in economics from George Mason University and a J.D. from Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. His legal and economics training supports his work evaluating liability, damages, insurance issues, and the financial consequences that serious injuries create for individuals and families.

Kwasman was a partner at Wagner & Kwasman, PLLC from 2018 through 2023 before founding his current firm in December 2023. During that earlier practice, he represented nearly 1,000 personal injury clients and recovered millions of dollars through pre-suit resolutions and litigation. His background also includes service in the Arizona House of Representatives, where he worked on committees addressing appropriations, commerce, taxation, and government claims.

Adam Kwasman currently serves on the Scottsdale City Council and is a member of the Arizona Association for Justice. His public-service background gives him experience with government processes in addition to civil injury claims. In private practice, he focuses on building cases around the facts of an accident, the extent of a client’s losses, and the legal responsibility of negligent parties and insurers.
