Adam J. Faiella is a Member of the Real Estate Department at Sills Cummis & Gross P.C., where he focuses on land use, zoning, redevelopment, and affordable housing. He represents developers, property owners, and businesses across New Jersey, guiding them through the approval process for site plans, subdivisions, and variances before municipal and county land use boards. He also handles related litigation, including prerogative writ actions and builder’s remedy lawsuits.

Mr. Faiella earned his B.S., with distinction, from The Pennsylvania State University. He then earned his J.D. from Duke University School of Law, where he developed advanced skills in real estate, development, and regulatory law. Admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York, he brings strong academic training and practical experience to help clients move their projects forward.

In addition to zoning and planning approvals, Mr. Faiella assists clients with redevelopment designations, negotiating redevelopment agreements, and securing long-term tax exemptions and financial agreements. He works closely with municipal officials and redevelopment agencies to achieve results for his clients. His experience also extends to affordable housing issues, where he regularly advises on compliance strategies and legal solutions that align with municipal obligations and development goals.

Actively involved in the real estate and legal community, Adam J. Faiella serves on the Board of Directors of the New Jersey State Bar Association Land Use Law Section and is a member of its Affordable Housing Committee. He has lectured at the Monmouth University Kislak Real Estate Institute and frequently speaks at industry conferences.
