Aaron began his academic journey at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics, graduating magna cum laude. He later returned to Minnesota to pursue his Juris Doctor at the University of St. Thomas School of Law, graduating cum laude in 2021. His education laid the foundation for a principled and results-driven legal career.

During law school, Aaron built real courtroom experience as a certified student attorney with the Anoka County Public Defender’s Office, handling bail hearings and representing clients at the earliest stages of their cases. He strengthened his criminal defense skills in the Criminal and Juvenile Defense Clinic, where he managed a wide range of criminal and juvenile matters from initial filing through final resolution.

After his second year, Aaron began clerking at Groshek Law, where he continued throughout his final year and beyond graduation as he prepared for the bar exam. Since becoming licensed in Minnesota in 2021, he has remained with the firm, transitioning into his role as an Associate Attorney and embodying the firm’s mission and values in his practice.
