A. Grant Phelan

A. Grant Phelan is a partner at Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg LLP in Philadelphia and co-chair of the firm’s Litigation Department. He is a national business litigator with experience in federal and state trial and appellate courts. His practice covers contract disputes, shareholder and partnership conflicts, real estate disputes, securities fraud, government investigations, trade secrets, restrictive covenants, insurance coverage, and employment disputes. He also handles matters in arbitration and mediation forums.

Grant earned his J.D. cum laude from Delaware School of Law, where he was a member of Phi Kappa Phi. He received a B.B.A. in Finance from the College of William and Mary. His education in finance and law supports a practice centered on complex business disputes, where legal questions frequently intersect with commercial relationships, ownership structures, financial claims, and strategic business decisions.
