Aaron Krauss

Aaron Krauss is a member at Cozen O’Connor in Philadelphia and a business litigator with more than 30 years of experience. He represents corporations and individuals in business disputes and concentrates on commercial, health, employment, and intellectual property litigation. His work includes high-stakes cases in state and federal courts and before arbitration panels. Aaron earned a B.A. magna cum laude from the University of Michigan in 1988, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He received his law degree magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania in 1991, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and the law review. After law school, he clerked for the Honorable Edward N. Cahn of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Aaron has tried and managed complex business litigation while counseling clients on how a particular dispute fits within larger operational and financial goals. His work in commercial, health, employment, and intellectual property matters can involve trial, arbitration, settlement strategy, and appellate considerations. He has held leadership roles in the American Bar Association, including service connected to health law and business torts, and has written and edited professional materials on litigation and health law issues.

He serves on the board of the Abington Township Public Library and previously served for nearly two decades on the Philabundance board, including terms as chair, vice chair, and treasurer.
