Zachary D. Schlichting

Zachary D. Schlichting is a Colorado estate planning lawyer and a partner at Wade Ash LLC who handles will and trust contests, financial exploitation claims, guardianships, conservatorships, and fiduciary disputes. He brings nearly a decade of prior experience from the Denver Public Administrator’s Office, where he litigated financial exploitation matters referred by Adult Protective Services. Zachary earned his J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law in 2008. He earned his B.A., summa cum laude, from Temple University in 2004.
