Zach Allen

Zach Allen is a commercial real estate attorney who advises developers, purchasers, owners, tenants, and lenders on property transactions. His work includes lending, leasing, development, sales, acquisitions, dispositions, and multi-state real estate matters. He also represents shopping center owners, national retailers, office building owners, and institutional lenders. Clients rely on his detailed approach to structure transactions, review risks, negotiate terms, and close complex commercial property deals with confidence and care.

Zach earned his J.D. from Southern Methodist University School of Law, where he served as Notes and Comments Editor for the Journal of Air Law and Commerce. He also earned his B.B.A. from the University of Oklahoma, graduating with special distinction. His education supports strong contract review, finance analysis, title review, negotiation, and transaction planning for real estate, lending, construction, land use, and zoning matters in practice for client matters.

Zach has practiced commercial real estate law since 1988 and handles transactions across Oklahoma, Texas, and other states. His experience includes retail leasing, CMBS loans, distressed loan purchases, foreclosed property deals, and real estate secured lending in more than 20 states. He has represented buyers and sellers in commercial property transactions involving undeveloped land, offices, retail centers, multifamily projects, and other major real estate assets nationwide for clients in negotiations.

Zach Allen is licensed in Oklahoma and Texas and is board-certified in commercial real estate law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. His recognitions include Chambers USA, Best Lawyers, Super Lawyers, and an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell. Through real estate, lending, leasing, construction, and land use counsel, he helps clients protect investments, manage obligations, and complete transactions with careful legal judgment, clarity, and strategic planning in deals.
