David A. Cox

David A. Cox is a partner at Bayliff, Harrigan, Cord, Maugans & Cox, P.C. He practices in civil trial practice, real estate law, probate, personal injury, and family law. His broad legal background enables him to assist clients with a wide range of legal matters and court-related concerns.

David earned his Juris Doctor from Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis, in 1982. He also received a Bachelor of Science from Manchester College in North Manchester, Indiana, in 1977. His education helped him build the legal knowledge and practical skills that he used throughout his long legal career.

David was admitted to practice in Indiana in 1982. He was also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Indiana and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana in 1982. These admissions allow him to serve clients in both state and federal legal matters.

David has experience in civil trial practice, where he assists clients with legal disputes that may require court action.
