Neda completed her academic path with an Associate in Paralegal Studies from CT State Norwalk, followed by earning her Bachelor of Laws from Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru. She later obtained a Master of Laws in Comparative Legal Studies from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, strengthening her foundation for handling intricate immigration matters.
