Yi-Hsuan Rachel Lin is an accomplished civil litigation attorney with extensive experience in handling complex legal disputes. She represents clients in commercial fraud, contract disputes, and business litigation. Additionally, she specializes in employment law, advocating for individuals facing workplace discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.

Rachel also represents whistleblowers under the California Labor Code and federal False Claims Act.
