Yi-Hsuan Rachel Lin

Yi-Hsuan Rachel Lin is an accomplished civil litigation attorney with extensive experience in handling complex legal disputes. She represents clients in commercial fraud, contract disputes, and business litigation. Additionally, she specializes in employment law, advocating for individuals facing workplace discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.

Rachel also represents whistleblowers under the California Labor Code and federal False Claims Act. Her legal expertise includes case strategy, drafting motions, handling discovery, taking depositions, negotiating settlements, and preparing for trial. She has successfully argued motions in both state and federal courts and has obtained favorable results for her clients.

Rachel earned her J.D., summa cum laude, from Southwestern Law School in 2015, where she was recognized for her outstanding legal writing and advocacy skills. She was awarded Best Brief and Best Overall Team Awards at the Bryant-Moore Civil Rights Moot Court Competition. Prior to her J.D., she completed her LL.M. at Case Western Reserve University in 2004 as a merit scholarship recipient. She began her legal journey with an LL.B. from National Taipei University, where she was an active member of the Pro Bono Legal Services Association.
