Stephen D. Ellis

Stephen D. Ellis is a highly respected trial lawyer and appellate advocate with extensive experience in litigation and employment law. As a Litigation and Employment + Labor team member at Paul Frank + Collins, he brings decades of expertise in handling complex civil disputes, arbitration, and mediation. Ellis holds a J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law (1986) and a B.A. from Hampshire College (1981). Admitted to practice in Vermont, New York, Pennsylvania, and Maine, he also litigates before the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Second and Third Circuits and the U.S. Supreme Court.
