Wyatt B. Johnson

Wyatt B. Johnson is a trial lawyer and strategist with extensive experience in real estate, construction, civil litigation, and business transactions. As a founding member of Johnson May, he has guided clients through complex disputes and transactions with clarity and determination. Mr. Johnson earned his J.D. from Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark College in 1998 after graduating summa cum laude with a B.A. from Washington State University in 1993. He is admitted to the Idaho State Bar, the U.S. District Court for the District of Idaho, and the United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, where he has successfully argued cases on behalf of his clients.

Throughout his career, Mr. Johnson has tried cases involving financial fraud, contract disputes, shareholder rights, trusts, and property matters. His work has led to numerous successful outcomes in trial courts and appellate victories before the Idaho Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit. In addition to his legal practice, Wyatt B. Johnson is deeply engaged in community and professional service. He is a past president of the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association, former chairman of the Idaho State Bar’s Litigation Section, and has served on multiple Idaho Supreme Court advisory committees. His community involvement includes leadership roles with Idaho Smart Growth, the West Boise YMCA, the Arid Club, Special Olympics, and the State Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors.
