William K. Phillips

William K. Phillips is an accomplished employment law attorney recognized for his tireless pursuit of justice for victims of workplace misconduct. William began his academic journey at the College of Staten Island, where he earned a B.A. in sociology and anthropology, graduating magna cum laude. He pursued further legal studies at New York Law School, focusing on entertainment and landlord-tenant law, before completing his J.D. from St. Thomas School of Law in Miami in 1993. Admitted to the New York Bar in 1996, he practices before multiple federal courts, including the Eastern, Southern, and Western Districts of New York, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
