William H. Lively, Jr. is the owner and president of WHL, PLLC, and a respected Texas bankruptcy attorney with over three decades of legal experience. Since being admitted to the Texas Bar in 1993, he has dedicated his career to helping individuals and businesses overcome financial hardship through strategic bankruptcy solutions and debt relief representation. His compassionate and practical approach has made him a trusted advocate for clients across East Texas.
Mr. Lively earned his B.A. from Southern Methodist University in 1989 and his J.D. from Southern Methodist University School of Law in 1992. Licensed to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Northern Districts of Texas and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, he brings extensive legal insight to each case he handles.
Mr. Lively focuses his practice on Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy, foreclosure prevention, and financial recovery planning.
