William G. Lavery

William G. Lavery is an Indiana and Michigan attorney with more than 30 years of legal experience. He handles civil litigation, commercial loan workouts, estate planning, real estate matters, contract law, and appeals. William earned his Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University Bloomington and later earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Indiana University. His undergraduate studies included a double major in psychology and forensics, and he was active in Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity. He is admitted to practice in federal court in both Indiana and Michigan. He is also a member of the Elkhart City, Indiana, and Michigan Bar Associations. Moreover, he is a former president of Downtown Elkhart Inc. and a past president of the Elkhart Lions Club.
