William B. Kilduff has over thirty-seven years of extensive experience handling personal injury and wrongful death claims. His legal career is defined by securing multi-million and million-dollar verdicts and settlements across cases involving medical malpractice, auto accidents, and product liability. Recognized for his professionalism and results, he is widely respected for his skill in advocating for injured individuals and their families.
William earned his Bachelor of Arts from Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, Virginia, in 1974. He went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond, T.C. Williams School of Law, in 1977. Since his admission to the Virginia and West Virginia Bars the same year, he has also been admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and multiple U.S. District Courts, including those in Virginia and West Virginia.
William has been honored with several prestigious recognitions throughout his distinguished career. He was named to Virginia Super Lawyers for fourteen consecutive years, from 2006 through 2020, and listed in Best Lawyers from 2010 to 2022. His outstanding professionalism earned him the VADA-VTLA Civility and Professionalism Award in 2021. Additionally, he is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a distinction reserved for attorneys achieving some of the largest verdicts and settlements nationwide.
