Will Parker

Will Parker is an attorney based in Meridian, Mississippi, with a practice devoted fully to litigation. Since the late 1990s, he has focused on workers’ compensation, personal injury, and Social Security Disability claims. Will earned his B.A. in History from Millsaps College in 1990. He later received his J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 1994, where he earned a Moot Court Award. His education provided a strong foundation in both legal research and courtroom advocacy skills.

Will began his legal career as an associate at The Hamilton Law Firm, where he worked from 1994 to 2003. In 2003, he established the Parker Law Firm. His experience over the years has shaped his focused practice in handling claims related to workplace injuries and disability matters.

Will’s practice includes workers’ compensation, personal injury, and Social Security Disability cases. He handles claims involving auto accidents and slip-and-fall incidents. With 100% of his practice devoted to litigation, he works to achieve fair outcomes for clients through careful case preparation.

Will is admitted to practice in Mississippi and before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He maintains active involvement in several legal organizations within the state.

Will Parker is a member of the Mississippi Bar Association and the Mississippi Association for Justice. He has also held leadership roles, including President and Vice President of the Lauderdale County Bar Association, and has served on boards supporting workers’ compensation education and legal advocacy.
