Will Hudson

Will Hudson is the founder and managing attorney of the Law Offices of Will Hudson, a boutique law firm based in Baltimore, Maryland. With over a decade of legal experience, he focuses his practice on probate and estate matters, guiding clients through the often confusing and emotional processes involved in managing a loved one’s affairs. Whether it’s estate administration, litigation, or planning, Will provides strong legal representation tailored to each client’s unique needs. He also represents clients in guardianship matters involving both adults and children as an estate planning lawyer.

Will completed a J.D. from West Virginia University. He has also done an M.B.A. and a B.S. from the same university. His broad academic foundation in both law and business allows him to approach complex legal and financial issues with insight and care.

Since opening his firm, Will has guided many clients through the loss of a loved one and the complex legal steps that follow. He regularly handles probate matters, making sure estate assets are properly managed and distributed in full compliance with state law. When conflicts occur, he represents clients in estate litigation, vigorously protecting their rights and financial interests in court. Will also works proactively with clients to create comprehensive estate plans, helping them prevent future legal disputes and clearly document their wishes for the future.

Will advises clients on real estate matters, including tax sale foreclosures, deed transfers, and landlord-tenant issues, as well as probate and estate law. His work is marked by a client-centered approach, aimed at educating and empowering individuals to make informed legal decisions.
