Megan Alfano is the founder and lead attorney at Alfano Probate and Estate Planning, where she provides thoughtful, individualized counsel in probate, estate, elder law, and special needs planning. She is dedicated to guiding families through life transitions with clarity, professionalism, and care.
Megan earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Law in 2017, following a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from the same institution. Her academic and early career experiences laid a strong foundation for her current work in estate planning and probate law.
Megan’s legal journey began in criminal and family law before expanding into guardianship support for low-income families and nonprofit work. Her deep commitment to community service led to the creation of Support on the Spectrum, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that offers vital autism-related resources to families.
Megan firm assists with traditional and complex estate planning, probate and trust administration, guardianships, conservatorships, and minor inheritance matters. Megan is especially passionate about special needs planning, helping families secure long-term stability for loved ones with disabilities.
