Wesley P. Gelb

Wesley P. Gelb is a board-certified family law attorney in Raleigh with more than twenty years of legal experience. He focuses exclusively on family law and represents clients in high-net-worth divorce, contested child custody, child support, alimony, and equitable distribution matters. His practice also includes premarital and postmarital agreements, post-judgment enforcement and modification, and domestic violence protection proceedings.

Gelb earned his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2003 and his B.A., cum laude, from North Carolina State University in 2000. His legal education and extensive practice experience support a careful approach to complex financial, parenting, and property issues. He is admitted in North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia, as well as before the U.S. Supreme Court.
