Warren V. Norred is the managing attorney of Norred Law, PLLC, where he provides strategic and results-driven counsel in intellectual property, bankruptcy, business law, and civil litigation. With a background in engineering and decades of legal experience, Warren combines technical insight with practical advocacy to help clients protect their rights, build strong businesses, and resolve complex disputes effectively.

Warren earned his J.D. from Texas A&M University School of Law and his M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington, where he also passed the Texas Professional Engineer examination. Before becoming an attorney, he founded a successful manufacturer representative firm operating across four states. His unique combination of technical and legal expertise gives him an edge in patent, trademark, and copyright cases, as well as in cases involving complex business and contractual issues.

Warren’s practice covers intellectual property prosecution and litigation, entity formation, business contracts, bankruptcy representation under Chapters 7, 11, and 13, and civil claims involving defamation, civil rights, and election law. He is also a strong advocate for clients facing non-compete and non-disclosure disputes and has successfully represented both debtors and creditors in bankruptcy and collection matters.

He founded the Arlington Classics Academy, one of the largest startup charter schools in the country, and serves on its Board of Directors. He also sits on the Tarrant County Hospital District Board of Managers and the State Republican Executive Committee.
