Sam C. Gregory

Sam C. Gregory has devoted more than two decades to guiding individuals through financial distress with skill and integrity. Concentrating on consumer bankruptcy law under Chapters 7 and 13, he helps clients overcome debt challenges and regain control of their finances. His extensive courtroom and client advocacy experience reflects a steadfast dedication to helping Texans secure a fresh start.

Sam earned his B.B.A. in Accounting from Texas Tech University in 1991 and his M.B.A. in General Business in 1994. He continued at Texas Tech University School of Law, completing his J.D. in Law in 1994. His academic foundation in business and law has proven invaluable in analyzing complex financial cases and developing practical, effective legal strategies for his clients.

Sam’s professional career spans more than 25 years, during which he has earned certification in Consumer Bankruptcy Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Licensed to practice in all Texas State Courts, as well as the Northern and Western Districts of Texas and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, Sam’s expertise reaches across state and federal jurisdictions. His involvement with the West Texas Bankruptcy Bar Association—where he served as Past President—and participation in the American Bankruptcy Institute, Texas Bar Foundation (Life Fellow), and Texas Bar College demonstrate his commitment to professional excellence.

Sam’s leadership extends beyond the courtroom. He has contributed as a committee member and lecturer at multiple bankruptcy conferences, including the Northern District of Texas Bankruptcy Bench/Bar Conference and the University of Texas Annual Consumer Bankruptcy Practice Conference. His presentations have educated fellow attorneys, accountants, and community members on essential topics like exemptions, conduit plans, and debtor representation.
