His education built a strong foundation in legal analysis, advocacy, and problem-solving.

Warren has represented more than 2,000 clients in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy proceedings. His experience covers debtor and creditor matters, debt settlements, collection lawsuits, workouts, alternative dispute resolution, and litigation in state and federal courts. He also advises insolvent businesses in Chapter 11 reorganizations and Chapter 7 liquidations. Earlier roles gave him experience with civil cases, trial preparation, administrative proceedings, and a federal antitrust investigation involving a publicly traded company.

His recognition includes the American Bankruptcy Institute’s 40 Under 40 in 2022, Super Lawyers Rising Stars honors from 2022 through 2025, and Best Lawyers recognition for bankruptcy, creditor-debtor rights, insolvency, reorganization, and banking and finance litigation.
