Mr. Allen earned his J.D. from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law in 1995. Before that, he completed a B.S. from Brigham Young University in 1991. Since becoming licensed to practice law in Nevada in 1995, Mr. Allen has successfully handled numerous high-profile cases. His litigation strategies also led to the first successful invalidation of a U.S. patent in Nevada Federal Court following the pivotal Alice Corp. Pty. Ltd. v. CLS Bank International decision.
