Christopher B. Branson

Christopher B. Branson is a highly experienced attorney with over three decades of practice, focusing on business and corporate law, intellectual property, litigation, and real estate finance. A graduate of Harvard Law School (J.D.) and Swarthmore College (B.A., Philosophy), Christopher began his legal career clerking for Hon. Stewart G. Pollock, Associate Justice of the New Jersey Supreme Court. He is admitted to practice in Maine, Massachusetts, the U.S. District Courts for Maine and Massachusetts, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Christopher’s practice covers the full spectrum of the business cycle, providing comprehensive legal counsel to startups, growing enterprises, and established companies navigating succession planning and exit strategies.

He often acts as outside general counsel, guiding clients on corporate structuring, equity compensation plans, private financings, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
