W. Jeffery Foreman

W. Jeffery Foreman is a dedicated attorney who focuses on Real Estate Law, Transactional Law, and General Legal Matters. Jeffery earned his B.A. in 1983 from Kentucky Wesleyan College. He then attended Northern Kentucky University, Salmon P. Chase College of Law, Highland Heights, Kentucky, where he received his J.D. in 1986. His education provided a strong academic base that continues to guide his thoughtful and structured approach to legal matters.

Jeffery was admitted to practice in Kentucky in 1986 and before the U.S. District Court, Western District of Kentucky, in 1992. He is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, Daviess County Bar Association, Ohio County Bar Association, Kentucky Land Title Association, and Kentucky Justice Association. These memberships reflect his commitment to staying engaged in the legal community.

Jeffery has significant experience in real estate and transactional matters, including the growth and management of a large real estate title business that expanded across two states and employed more than 100 people before its sale to a Fortune 500 company. This experience strengthened his understanding of both the legal and business sides of complex transactions.
