Viorel V. Ureke is a dedicated immigration attorney representing clients in both detained and non-detained matters before the Executive Office for Immigration Review, USCIS, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and other DHS and State Department agencies. Viorel earned his Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law in 2015. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies with a minor in Political Science from Metropolitan State University and an A.S. in Paralegal Studies from North Hennepin Community College. His legal education reflects his long-standing commitment to public service and immigrant advocacy.

Since entering practice, Viorel has built a reputation for creative problem-solving and success in complex immigration matters.
