Victoria Paone Rosa

Victoria Paone Rosa, Esq., is an Associate at Paone Zaleski & Murphy, whose practice is exclusively devoted to matrimonial litigation and family law. She handles divorce, child support, child custody, equitable distribution, alimony, domestic violence, palimony, and related family law matters. Her work focuses on helping clients navigate disputes involving parental responsibilities, financial obligations, property division, and other significant family concerns throughout New Jersey.

Victoria earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Widener University Delaware Law School, graduating in the top 10% of her class. She served as an Articles Editor of the Law Review. She earned her bachelor’s degree, with honors, from Muhlenberg College. Her academic background in legal research, writing, and analysis established a strong foundation for matrimonial litigation and courtroom advocacy.

Victoria previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Mara E. Zazzali-Hogan, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey. She clerked in the Family and Civil Divisions. She also gained family law experience through internships with the Honorable James J. McGann, J.S.C. (Ret.) and the Honorable Michael K. Newell, Chief Judge of the Family Court for the State of Delaware.

Victoria Paone Rosa is active in several professional and community organizations. She serves as Co-Chair of the Monmouth Bar Association Family Law Committee and the Young Lawyers Subcommittee of the NJSBA Family Law Executive Committee. She has served in leadership roles with the Monmouth County Legal Aid Society and received recognition for pro bono service.
